Major: Public Health (This Major's Salary over time)
BU provided me with a broad and mostly meaningful liberal arts education. However, this came at much too high a price. I would have been just as well-educated at a state school. BU is great only because it is more diverse and wordly than state universities, and it has a decent international reputation. Still, I usually felt like just another number in a sea of over-competitive students. I also felt like most of my peers were focused only on grades and not on actual learning. Plus, because of the school's size, the grading system often rewards those who can "work" the system rather than those who give their all.
